Shipping policy
Free shipping applies to all U.S. mainland orders (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and US Virgin Islands).
How long does it take to get my order (United States)?
Once your order is placed and confirmed, please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with detailed tracking information.
Most orders are delivered within 2-3 business days. Please note that orders placed on Fridays are exempt from this general shipping timeline and may take 5-7 business days to deliver.
Selecting Overnight and Priority Mail (2-Day) shipping applies to orders placed before 12pm MST (2pm EST) Monday through Thursday. Orders selected for Overnight or Priority Mail on a Friday after 12pm MST will be processed the following business day (Monday).
Orders selected for Standard Overnight on a Thursday are not guaranteed to be delivered on Saturday. Similarly, orders selected for Overnight on a Friday are not guaranteed for delivery on Saturday.
*Orders submitted during holiday promotions may experience minor processing delays and are not guaranteed to ship the same day.
We do not process or ship orders on weekends. Orders placed with any shipping method on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed the next business day. This also applies to Holidays that fall on a Friday or Monday. Shipping to an APO address may take longer due to carrier capacity.
Depending on the amount of items ordered, some of our packages cannot be delivered to certain P.O. Boxes. We recommend using a physical address when placing an order. If there is an issue delivering your order to your PO Box, we will notify you as soon as possible.
While we will do everything possible to ensure your order is delivered on time, Real Steel Athletics cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, or other carrier-related issues.
