FAQ
Are lifting straps cheating?
No — they let you train the target muscle when grip is the weak link. Keep some raw-grip work in your program for balance.

My dainty little fingers struggle to hang on during deadlifts. I’ve been using straps like this for years, and these are a great replacement for my worn down straps. There is a padding at the top of the wrist so it doesn’t rub against the skin that much.Noticeably less effort required from my fingers, allowing me to lift heavier weights. They seem well made. Good stitching, thick material.Overall, very pleased. If you need a set of lifting straps, this is a solid choice.
Straps have a nice cushioned portion that helps to protect your wrist. Good fabric as well. I used them for assisting my grip during pull ups. This allowed me to focus on using the rest of my effort towards the exercise. I weigh 200lbs. 5stars
These are excellent wrist straps. Strong and well constructed. My pictures show the original packaging and how to attach them to your wrist and a dumbbell. However, they are intended for serious weights such as deadlifts.I have been lifting for decades. My advice is to limit your usage of wrist straps to very heavy weights. You want to develop a strong grip, wrists, and forearms. Wrist straps can be a crutch if you use them when they are not necessary. Wrist straps are primarily used for pulling exercises such as dead lifts, chins, and back work. These wrist straps are stronger than I am. I use these for weights up to 500 pounds but I will estimate that they could handle 1,000 pounds easily (500 in each hand).Overall, a very good value, excellent construction and a necessary accessory for serious weightlifters.
These wrist straps are really great quality. I got the pink ones and I love the color! Very comfortable to wear while lifting.
These are a gamechanger in the gym, if you are trying to lift heavier and not have to worry about dropping weight these are a necessity.
Loving them 😊
As a competitive athlete I look for strong, durable wrist straps that are both comfortable and easy to use. These straps are all of the above! I highly recommend! The pink color is cute as well-it styles well with my gym outfits while the black pair goes with everything!
These wrist straps work well. It makes lifting much easier when the specific exercise fails due to grip strength. They are easy to use and have held up well over several workouts. They can be washed on regular clothes cycles and have kept their shape nicely through a few washes.
These lifting straps are strong and durable. You can feel the quality is top notch. I feel confident in my heavy deadlifts and back workouts. The neoprene padding does a good job and is very comfortable. These are a must-have for anyone serious about heavy back training. The quality is exceptional, making them a great value for powerlifting.
